Family Services Supervisor are responsible for creating a supportive, efficient environment by focusing on day-to-day operations of the Family Support division. Their main goal is to provide Family Support Workers support, resources, trainings, efficient scheduling, following best practices, liaising with social services and health care providers, and ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented. The qualified candidate must possess the strong ability of time management; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide strong coaching and performance management to team members and the ability to quickly problem solve and do crisis intervention.
Key Duties:
Liaise with social services agencies and other health care providers.
Appraising clients' needs or eligibility for specific services.
Employee Performance Management.
Obtaining information and preparing reports for funders.
Responding to phone inquiries.
Sick Calls, Scheduling Changes.
Approve payroll.
Office Supplies and upkeep.
Schedule Generation.
Visit Room Cleaning.
Car Seat Tracking and Inventory.
Team coaching and check ins.
Other administrative duties where needed.
Specific duties will be split up amongst all office staff so that roles are more clearly defined.
Education & Qualifications:
A completed college diploma or university degree in the human services field.
A minimum 6-month experience working in the human service field.
Previous supervisory experience is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, email, and cloud-based systems.
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (Required).
Clear Social Development Check (Required).

Pay: $47,000.00-$49,725.00 per year
