About the Role We have an exciting and meaningful role available for an experienced clinical supervisor. We are looking for a confident and positive clinical professional to support, coach, and train our amazing clinical team; providing individual and group supervision to all FSEAP counselling staff in relation to their clinical work with clients and their development as clinicians. Job Duties
Supervise clinical staff by providing individual and group clinical supervision.
Provide ongoing training for growth and development.
Help ensure clinical outcomes are met through our approach and practices.
What you bring:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Exceptional clinical ability and judgment, and a trauma-informed approach
Significant knowledge of therapeutic and counselling modalities including short-term, solution-focused treatment approaches.
Knowledge of legal requirements regarding mandatory reporting and duty to warn.
Superior individual and group clinical supervision skills.
Ability to think strategically and to proactively develop solutions to problems.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of resources in the community pertaining to clinical issues; competence in working with a multi-cultural community.
Strong computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheet and/or database is required for this role
Education, Training, Experience
Master\xe2\x80\x99s level degree in psychotherapy, social work, psychology, or related field, with a minimum of five years of clinical experience
2-5 years of experience providing clinical supervision to individuals and groups preferred
Experience providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy on a wide range of clinical issues
Two years of EAP, short-term problem resolution, and/or call centre/crisis line experience (internal, external, or contract) preferred
Workplace Mental Health or Psychological Health & Safety knowledge or experience also preferred
Registration as an RCC, CCC, or RSW is required
Additional Requirements
Successful completion of criminal record check
Proof of Covid-19 vaccination status will be required

Location: Hybrid position with some in-person at our East Broadway office and some remote days
