Working as part of the Family Services Team and reporting directly to the Family Services Manager, the Social Worker will provide direct services for Indigenous families to help achieve their risk reduction service plan goals and enhanced capacity to care for their children, facilitate extended families and communities to be actively engaged and caring for children, ensure children in care are engaged and successful at school, experiencing positive outcomes, and helping children in care transition successful.
