Family Medicine Locum
Job Description
Seeking maternity leave locum starting August 2025, 3-6 months.
Location: Paris Ontario (20 mins from Cambridge or 30 mins from Hamilton)
Hours: 9-5 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with an additional half day of inbox management.
EMR: PS suite
Practice: Approximately 1100 rostered patients that are part of the PrimaCare Family Health Team. Receive FHT support, NP 1 day per week, RN access daily for well-baby visits, all vaccines. Also you will have access to FHT psych/ social work/ dietitian/ Pharmacy.
Other: 2 exams rooms, lovely secretary and free parking on site. FHO group of 9 with the opportunity to join FHT/FHO. If interested, please PM or email rebeccacleitch@gmail.com
