Job description Our boutique family law firm is seeking a junior associate (ideally 1-3 years of call) to add to our growing practice. The successful applicant will enjoy a great work culture and work life balance. Candidates will possess the following attributes:
- a minimum of 1-3 years of family law experience
- a client centered approach, with excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- the ability to handle the volume of a busy practice as well as manage deadlines;
- excellent organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail;
- strong analytical and drafting skills;
- entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to build a long term practice; and
- the ability to work both independently and as part of a collegial team.
