The firm routinely advocates for clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada and courts of appeal in Ontario and other provinces. It also represents clients before administrative tribunals, regulatory discipline panels and review boards. Stieber is currently seeking both a Junior & Senior Associate to join its precedent-setting Litigation and Insurance Coverage Team. As a member of this group, you will be exposed to a wide variety of litigation including, but not limited to: property and casualty defence work, professional liability, errors/omissions, medical malpractice, construction, directors\xe2\x80\x99 and officers\xe2\x80\x99 liability and insurance coverage. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 or 5 years of relevant experience gained from another leading law firm with a demonstrated ability to offer timely, professional, and cost-effective solutions that help clients flourish.
