Family Coach
We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Family Coach to support children and families, particularly those in neurodivergent and multicultural communities. As a Family Coach, you will work directly with clients to provide individualized, bilingual support that empowers families and promotes child development.
Responsibilities
Attend and facilitate scheduled family sessions.
Create and share progress reports for each client.
Develop session materials tailored to the needs of children and their families.
Provide translation support between families and the agency when necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
Speaks both Arabic and English fluently.
Has experience working with children (e.g., respite care, childcare, early education), especially with neurodivergent or autistic children.
Is open to learning, proactive, solutions-oriented, and enjoys working with children.
Is reliable, punctual, and nurturing.
Comfortable working as an independent contractor.
