Duties and Responsibilities:
The Faculty Finance and Administration Manager plays a critical role in the overall leadership of the Faculty of Skilled Trades and Apprenticeship, Faculty of Hospitality and Horticultural Sciences and the Faculty of Science and Engineering Technology office. This position provides strategic, financial, and operational oversight to ensure the effective delivery of faculty initiatives, special projects, apprenticeship programming, and day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Executive Dean, the incumbent acts as the key liaison between faculty leadership, internal college services, industry partners, and government agencies. The role requires advanced financial acumen, project management expertise, and strong leadership skills to coordinate staff, manage budgets, and ensure accountability in all aspects of faculty administration.
