Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced

Facilities Manager

to oversee operations at our net service station. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure our facility runs safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a results-driven team and maintain high customer satisfaction. Oversee facility safety, preventative maintenance, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety regulations. Manage production planning, quality assurance, and performance tracking. Prepare cost estimates and manage operational budgets. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and government agencies. Assist in recruitment and staff performance reviews. Maintain documentation for monthly and annual reporting. Support strategic business development and project coordination.

Qualifications

Previous experience in facilities, plant, or operations management (aquaculture or manufacturing preferred). Strong leadership, team-building, and budgeting skills. Experience in project management and performance monitoring. Knowledge of workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
