Located in Campbell River, BC with breathtaking mountain and ocean views, we will offer one of the premier hospitality experiences on Vancouver Island. This destination resort will be complete with a 100-room luxury hotel, extraordinary dining, a luxury spa, an outdoor pool space, as well as a spectacular 18-hole golf course.We are seeking a motivated team player who embraces our company values PASSION, COMMUNITY, INCLUSION, INNOVATION, and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.The Facilities Manager will be responsible for hands-on and administrative oversight and will work closely with the Hotel General Manager to create and setup the department. The Facilities Manager will be accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel maintenance.A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Tourism & Hospitality or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a facilities management role.
• Strong leadership skills and mature professionalism.
• Knowledge of engineering and facilities management.
• Highly organized and results oriented with the ability to be flexible and to work well under pressure; strong level of initiative required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• High level of ethics and integrity.
