is looking for a reliable, hard-working, and energetic person to join our team as the

Facilities Lead

. This is a full-time, year-round position. It is ideal for someone who takes initiatives, and is willing to learn while growing in a team-oriented, family run business.

You will need to show up with the right attitude: dependable, curious, and be ready to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed.

You're eager to learn new skills and open to training in areas like forklift operation, product handling, and safety

What You'll Do

Take the lead on organizing, tidying, and maintaining our warehouse, yard, and storage spaces

Receive, sort, and prepare products (seeds, garden goods, turf and landscape supplies) for our customers and teams

Keep things clean and safe -- seasonal jobs like mowing or snow clearing are part of the rhythm

Customer pickups and deliveries -- keeping service fast, friendly, and safe

Work with our teams to keep shelves stocked, spaces clear, and things running safely and smoothly

Learn and follow our safety rules (OHS, forklift, hazardous goods -- we'll train you!)

Skills & Experience

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Experience with tools, physical jobs, or customer service is a plus

Clear communication (English reading, writing, and speaking)

Forklift license, OHS, TDG knowledge are assets -- but not required
