Position: Facilities Coordiantor

Location: 5000 Yonge St ( please confirm unit number)

Start: Ideally Tuesday Feb 13

Worksite/ Hybrid: onsite

Length: 6 months, possibility to extend

Hours: M-F 8-5, 1 hour lunch

Parking:TBC

Bill to/ Report to/ Timesheet approver: TBC

Duties:

- See JDs

- Will be the JLL POC at the client Block ( do I have this company right? I can\'t seem to find a listing for their office at 5000 Yonge)

- Mail will take approx 1 hour a day

- Facilities coordiantion is the bulk of responsibilities

- Straightening up conference rooms

- Assist with booking and setting up conference rooms

- Greeting visitors/ reception area (not full receptionist resp)

- Check in on breakroom

- Order office supplies

- Create work orders

- Use Teams/ Outlook

- Mail Distribution

Must Haves:

- Good communication skills

- Administrative experience, independent worker

- Standard proficiency with MS Office

Plan to Placement:

- Send over top 2 profiles for review

- Potentially set up virtual interviews (Josh, if this is what you\'d like to do, please let us know some timeslots you have for later this week we can keep avaialble in your calendar for the interviews)
