Overview

We are seeking for a facility aide to manage, clean and do odds and ends for the owner, staff, company and locations owned within.

Janitorial duties daily (clean floors, desktops, garbages, replenish supplies), early mornings or evening work would be needed as we are open 7 days per week. We have 2 locations situated in Edmonton and 1 in Red Deer, 1 in Central Alberta. Plus revenue properties around Edmonton, downtown & St Albert.

The role would be (but not limited to) cleaning of office space, homes, commercial buildings, as well as deep clean monthly, of the offices and residences

Yard maintenance, cleaning leaves, weed maintenance and prevention, cutting grass and some possible basic snow shovelling.

Further we may have some running around to do, which could be buying or ordering some supplies.

We are looking for someone who likes to stay busy, happy to do different things, as well as has Some experience with cleaning, yard maintenance & basic yard vs tools

This person must have a valid drivers license, as well as be willing to drive 2 Hours to Central Alberta approximately 15 times per year (Same day in and out)

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
