Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented F45 Training Studio Manager to lead our studio operations with enthusiasm and precision. This role involves overseeing daily studio activities, managing team members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a vibrant, organized environment that promotes fitness success. Position Overview:

F45 Training Morgan Heights is located in the heart of South Surrey / White Rock. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of building the best fitness studio and community in South Surrey / White Rock! We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Studio Manager to lead the way for our studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, team management, sales and operations. You will have a passion for building community and driving business growth. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio, including team management, member engagement, membership sales and ensuring an exceptional experience for all who walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching:

Demonstrate and deliver highly energetic and fun pre-programmed F45 workouts.

Leadership & Management:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of trainers and staff to deliver the F45 experience. Manage schedules, training, and professional development for your team.

Member Engagement:

Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members. Address member concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and promote a culture of fitness and health.

Business Development:

Drive membership sales and retention through community outreach, marketing efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with current members. Identify and implement strategies to grow the studio's member base.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily studio operations, including cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to F45 standards. Manage inventory, supplies, and ensure the studio is running efficiently.

Financial Management:

Monitor and manage studio budgets, including payroll, expenses, and revenue targets. Report financial performance to the franchise owner and work to optimize profitability.

Event Planning

: Organize and execute member events, challenges, and community initiatives to build studio culture and increase member engagement.

Qualifications

Experience:

2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry. Prior experience with F45 Training is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in sales, customer service, and team management.

Certifications:

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) certification is required
