Position Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced

Extrusion Sheet Line Operator

to join our production team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in sheet extrusion operations and a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor PET sheet extrusion lines in accordance with standard operating procedures. Set up and calibrate machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production output and quality. Monitor product specifications including thickness, width, clarity, and overall finish. Troubleshoot operational issues and perform minor maintenance as required. Maintain accurate production records and quality control documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum education: Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. A minimum of

4-5 years

of hands-on experience operating PET (APET/RPET) extrusion sheet lines. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with demonstrated troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with quality control tools such as micrometers and calipers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
