Kellyboy Maintenance Inc. provides

professional exterior cleaning and residential building maintenance

to strata buildings across the Lower Mainland.
We are looking for a

reliable, safety-minded Exterior Cleaning Technician

to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DOEXTERIOR CLEANING TASKS

Window cleaning

(traditional + tucker-pole)

Gutter cleaning

(vacuum pole)

Power washing & soft washing

Building washing

and

parkade cleaning

Roof cleaning

(non-steep )

Seasonal snow removal

(shoveling, salting, ATV operations)

Groundskeeping cleaning

(sweeping, litter pickup, leaf removal)

OTHER SUPPORTING TASKS IF REQUIRED

Junk removal

and debris hauling Replace

burnt-out lights

Carpet spot cleaning

in common areas

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS

We take safety seriously and provide full training. You will be expected to:

Follow all

safe work procedures

and wear required

PPE

Complete a

Job Hazard Assessment

before starting work Use ladders, tucker poles, vacuums, and pressure washers

safely

Report

hazards or unsafe conditions

REQUIREMENTS

Physically fit; able to lift

50 lbs

Comfortable working

at heights

and

in all weather

Valid

Class 5 or N

driver's licence Reliable, punctual, and strong communication skills Can work

Mon-Fri (8am-4pm)

+ occasional weekends Positive attitude and strong focus on safe work practices

ASSETS (Not Required, But Great to Have!)

Experience with power washing or exterior cleaning Gutter vacuum or tucker-pole experience Caretaking/janitorial background WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, Aerial Lift certification Snow removal experience (ATV, blower, shovel)
