About the Role

As an independent contractor, you'll provide high-quality exterior cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients, including:

Window cleaning (by hand or water-fed pole) Moss removal and treatment Gutter cleaning Soft washing pressure washing
This role offers the potential to transition into a

full-time position

for the right candidate. We also offer

performance-based bonuses

for contractors who deliver excellent service, demonstrate reliability, and support strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Deliver exterior cleaning services with care, efficiency, and attention to detail Operate tools and equipment safely (ladders, water-fed poles, pressure washers) Work at heights while following safety protocols Communicate professionally with clients and fellow team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site Manage time effectively and complete jobs on schedule

Requirements

Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Reliable, punctual, and well-organized Physically fit and able to lift up to 70 lbs Comfortable working outdoors year-round and at heights Eagerness to learn and take direction Valid BC driver's license and clean driving record Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Contractor liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) GST registration (or willingness to register) Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ladders, pressure washers, and water-fed poles Current fall protection certification Boom lift (aerial lift) certification Previous experience in exterior building cleaning or maintenance Familiarity with safety protocols for working at height and around residential properties
These qualifications are nice to have, but not essential. If you're a quick learner with a great attitude, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
