Job Description

CLEANWERX is currently seeking experienced crew leads to manage our daily operations. You would be leading a team of up to four members, serving residential, strata, and commercial clients throughout the lower mainland. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role within our company.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the following areas:

Concrete and ground surface pressure washing and rinsing Manual gutter cleaning

Manual and telescopic pole window cleaning
Soft wash envelope/siding cleaning up to four stories
Manual salting and snow removalIn addition to the above experience, we also require that you have: Fall protection certification (minimum fall restraint)

Safe and efficient operation of 40ft, 32ft, and 24ft ladders
A valid Class 5 driver's license Experience with boom and scissor lifts (an asset)Basic equipment and vehicle maintenance skills
Detailed note-taking and record-keeping abilities for on-site issues
Experience in the training and supervision of employees on service protocols
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a consistent and reliable routine.Compensation for this role includes:

An hourly wage of $25 - $35 (performance-based structure) with potential raises based on performance and experience
Use of a company vehicle
*Paid training courses for equipment operation and fall protection

No mandatory weekend work
