Part-Time Cleaning Crew Leader

Overview:
We are a growing residential and commercial cleaning company seeking enthusiastic and dependable Cleaners to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. This role is part of our dynamic managed services offering, where professionalism and care come together to deliver outstanding cleaning results.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate cleaning staff across designated locations Schedule and assign tasks to meet service delivery timelines Perform routine and deep cleaning in offices, lobbies, stairwells, washrooms, and other common areas Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with cleaning protocols Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety guidelines, and company procedures Maintain inventory of supplies; report shortages and request replenishments Act as point-of-contact for client queries or service feedback Ensure timely completion of incident reports and escalate repair needs as required Promote a culture of professionalism, safety, and accountability within the team
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience; prior team leadership or supervisory role strongly preferred Solid understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical safety (WHMIS certification ideal) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Availability for flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends) Fluent in English (spoken and written) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is an asset
