What We're Looking For
Prior experience in roof, gutter, or window cleaning (
required
)
Comfortable with ladders, heights, and exterior work
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Must have your own vehicle and valid driver's license
Must be a
Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
Able to work as an independent contractor (with tax benefits -- guidance provided if needed)
Pay & Growth Opportunities
Starting pay:
$200/day
(after passing trial period)
For reliable, independent workers who can run jobs solo:
Pay increases up to
$300/day
Potential for
30-40% commission per job
As we get busier, there is also the potential to move into a
full-time role
