CLEANWERX is a growing exterior cleaning and building maintenance company based in Richmond, BC and provides services to Residential, Strata and Commercial clients across the lower mainland.
We are currently hiring for crew leads to manage the day to day running of a company vehicle and up to 4 crew members on sites across the lower mainland.

This position requires extensive experience in exterior cleaning services including and not limited to:

• Concrete and ground surface pressure washing and pressure rinsing.
• Gutter cleaning by hand.
• Window cleaning by hand and by telescopic pole (Tucker pole)
• Envelope/Siding cleaning using soft wash methods up to 4 stories.
• Salting and Snow removal by hand.
• Fall protection certification (Fall restraint at minimum)
• Able to operate 40ft, 32ft, 24ft ladders safely and efficiently
• Valid class 5 drivers license
• Boom and scissor lift experience an asset
• Basic maintenance of equipment and company vehicle.
• Detailed note and record taking regarding issues and obstructions on site.
• Training and supervision of employees on services and protocols.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday

On site times being 8am - 4.30pm

Compensation
Hourly wage of $25 - $35 per hour (Performance based structure). Wage raises based on performance and experience

Use of company vehicle
Paid training courses for equipment and fall protection
No weekend work unless extra hours wanted by employee
All Stat holidays off
