Location: Southwest Winnipeg
(~35 hours/week from May 1st - May 31st)
(~25 /hours/week from June 1st - June 30th)
(~ 10 hours/week from July 1st - August 30th)
(~ 10 hours/week from September 1st - October 30th)

Responsibilities:
1. Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of window cleaners to achieve performance goals.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments to optimize team efficiency.
2. Window Cleaning:
- Perform window cleaning duties alongside the team, including ladder climbing (up to 32 feet) and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ensure the use of safe and effective window cleaning techniques.
- Inspect completed work to meet quality standards.
3. Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs.
- Address client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Uphold a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Send invoices and collect payment from clients.
- Upsell Services to Customers after each job.
4. Logistics and Equipment:
- Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Washing company provided towels weekly.
- Ensure the team has the necessary supplies for each job.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of equipment and supplies from the vehicle.
- Safe keeping of company equipment
5. Safety and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks on the job sites.
6. Sales and D2D canvassing:
- Using sales and marketing skills, follow D2D scripts to acquire new customers during the initial arrival on a job site.
- Properly estimate window cleaning quotes and close potential customers.
- Handle objections to close customers.
Requirements:
1. Physical Fitness:
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment and supplies.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds overhead.
3. Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Insure industry best customer service
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
4. Reliability:
- Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation of equipment and crew to job sites.
- Punctual and dependable.
5. Problem-Solving:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions on-site.
- Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges.
6. Team Player:
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work alongside the team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
7. Communication:
- Communicate schedule and time off with plenty of notice
