Crosstown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for those who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team! You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership. Your love of the automotive industry, cars in general and dealing with the public coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service, while overcoming day to day obstacles will ensure your ultimate success as an Express Lane Technician.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Perform complete multi-point inspection on vehicle and check and mark all required items on checklist as required and present findings to the Service Advisor
• Replace oil and air filters
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replace or replenish as necessary
• Check tire pressure and add air if needed
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
• Tire mounting/balancing, rotations and repairs
• Review the repair order and service performed with the client after the service has been completed
• Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs
• Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors
• Efficiently managing time and meeting all specified deadlines and targets

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• High School Diploma
• Mechanical inclination and a working knowledge of \xe2\x80\x9chow cars work\xe2\x80\x9d
• Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets
• A person who is a team player, of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful
• Knowledge of CDK computer operating system or similar systems would be considered an asset
• Must possess a valid driver\'s license and a safe driving history
