This part-time opportunity offers 28 hours per week, plus the perk of company benefits. The specific schedule is as follows:
Tuesday to Friday; 1:00pm to 6:00pm
Each Saturday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
The Express Service Advisor is the service department's first-line customer representative. They are responsible for scheduling service work in the Express Lane, selling recommended and required services to customers, and providing accurate work orders to the Service and Lube Technicians. Essential Job Duties:
Greet customers in a prompt, courteous manner as they bring their vehicle in for an express service
Actively listen to customer needs in order to gather the nature of the visit, and to recommend any additional services
Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected completion times
Utilize our database management system to track and follow up with customers for future recommended repairs or maintenance
Provide additional support in the Service Lane as needed
Requirements:
Experienced background in customer service
Strong written communication skills to accurately detail customer concerns in each work order
Exceptional verbal communication skills to develop relationships and ensure customer loyalty
Active listener with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Strong work ethic with a positive team attitude
High school diploma and valid driver's license
Previous dealership experience an asset, but not required
