Job Summary:

The

Express Lane Supervisor

is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Express Lane, supervising Lube Technicians, and ensuring that all quick-service maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and up to company standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of automotive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the Express Lane and Lube Technicians to maintain high efficiency and productivity. Oversee the quality of quick-service maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections. Ensure all technicians follow proper procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies. Train and mentor Lube Technicians to improve skills and performance. Monitor workflow and assign tasks to maximize efficiency. Maintain inventory of necessary supplies such as oil, filters, and other maintenance products. Work closely with Service Advisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as technician efficiency and service times. Assist with hands-on service work when necessary to support the team during peak times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in an automotive service department, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
