Education et Experience :



Francais / anglais - parler, ecrit Minimum experience 10 ans Carte CPA compagnon 1er classe Secondaire 5 souhaite mais pas necessaire Maitrise des logicielles Microsoft et CDK Permis de conduire valide class 5

Responsabilites - Principales:



Comprendre les modalites des garanties et des politiques du manufacturier et en assure le respect. S'assurer que toutes les reparations sont attribuees aux techniciens de facon egale et juste. Donner un appui technique aux techniciens, au besoin. S'assurer que les reparations sont imputees correctement. Etablir les priorites de tous les retours a l'atelier et les controler en vue d'assurer un attention appropriee et immediate. Verifier l'etat d'avancement de chaque reparation tout au long de la journee. Maintenir un service de reparation de grande qualite et minimiser les retours a l'atelier Faire des verifications intermittentes des travaux executes en vue de controler la rigueur la qualite. Faire des essais sur route des voitures en vue de verifier la qualite du travail execute. Participer au traitement des plaintes des clients en collaboration avec son superieur. Participer a la gestion du rendement du service en utilisant des outils tels le control quotidien des operations, le controle de l'efficience et de la productivite, les rapports su les retours a l'atelier, les rapports sur les garanties, les sondages telephoniques et le previsions mensuelles. Surveiller l'etat de l'atelier, y compris la proprete, la securite et l'etat du materiel. Signaler les problemes au directeur du service apres-vente ou au concessionnaire. Avertir le directeur des pieces et le directeur du service apres-vente des penurie frequentes afin que la situation puisse etre corrigee. Assurer le bon entretien, le remisage et l'inventaire des outils speciaux. Se tenir au courant des nouveaux equipements et outils qui penetrent le marche et fair des recommandations quant aux achats. Preparer une liste du materiel, des fournitures et des reparations dont le service apres vente a besoin et la verifier aupres de son directeur, s'il y a lieu. Etre a l'affut des reglements federaux, provinciaux et municipaux qui touchent les travaux d'entretien, tels l'elimination des dechets dangereux, etc., les comprendre et les respecter.

Responsabilites - gestion des ressources humaines:



Controler les rapports quotidiens de productivite des techniciens. Motiver les techniciens sous sa responsabilite et participer au recrutement et a l'embauche de techniciens certifies en collaboration avec son superieur. Aider les techniciens a ameliorer leurs competences. Rechercher l'harmonie et l'esprit d'equipe au sein du service et avec tous les autre services. Voir a ce que tous les employes du service recoivent la formation pertinente manufacturier. Examiner, sur une base reguliere, le rendement de tous les techniciens selon les orientations de la concession.

Responsabilites - diverses:



Assister aux reunions des directeurs, sur invitation. Assurer la securite du milieu de travail. Se presenter de maniere professionnelle. Executer d'autres taches selon les besoins et les consignes de la direction.

Details:




To ensure that repairs are done correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians and that the service department consistently maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.

What drives your day to day



Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer's warranty terms and policies. Ensure that all repairs are assigned to technicians equally and fairly. Provide technical support to technicians as required. Ensure repairs are allocated correctly. Prioritize and monitor all shop returns to ensure appropriate and immediate attention. Check the progress of each repair throughout the day. Maintain a high quality repair service and minimize shop returns. Perform intermittent checks on completed work to monitor thoroughness and quality. Carry out road tests to verify the quality of work performed. Participate in handling customer complaints in collaboration with supervisor. Participate in departmental performance management using tools such as daily operations control, efficiency and productivity monitoring, shop return reports, warranty reports, telephone surveys and monthly forecasts. Monitor shop conditions, including cleanliness, safety and equipment condition. Report problems to Service Manager or Dealer. Notify Parts Manager and Service Manager of frequent shortages so situation can be corrected. Ensure proper maintenance, storage and inventory of special tools. Keep abreast of new equipment and tools entering the market and make purchasing recommendations. Prepare a list of equipment, supplies and repairs required by the after-sales service department, and verify it with the manager if necessary. Be aware of, understand and comply with federal, provincial and municipal regulations affecting maintenance work, such as hazardous waste disposal, etc. Monitor technicians' daily productivity reports. Motivate technicians under his/her responsibility and participate in the recruitment and hiring of certified technicians in collaboration with his/her superior. Help technicians improve their skills. Strive for harmony and team spirit within the department and with all other departments. Ensure that all department employees receive relevant manufacturer training. Review, on a regular basis, the performance of all technicians according to dealership guidelines. Attend Director's meetings by invitation. Ensure safe working environment. Present self in a professional manner. Perform other duties as required and directed by management.

What are the must haves



French / English - spoken, written, as this role will require communications with fellow employees and customers in English and in French. Minimum experience 10 years CPA 1st class journeyman card Secondary 5 preferred but not necessary Proficiency in Microsoft and CDK software Valid class 5 driver's license Good organizational skills Ability to follow instructions
