The incumbent is responsible for all activities related to the order management department, and more specifically those related to logistics, transportation, and customs documentation.

Specific Responsibilities:

Manage the order management department Ensure the accuracy of data entered into the computer system Implement and maintain customer account contract reviews Organize and coordinate logistics for order pickup and customer deliveries Produce logistics documentation for shipping goods Generate shipping, dispatch, and receipt reports for orders Work as part of a team with the Technical Service, Production, and Finance departments Respond to inquiries and validate delivery information Follow up on customer order payments Validate shipping costs for accounting purposes Identify and resolve problems Apply quality assurance procedures related to assigned activities All other related tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent Attention to detail and accuracy in work Fluency in spoken and written French and English Knowledge of logistics Certificate in Experience in international transport and trade would be an asset. Computer skills (MS Office) Strong verbal and written communication skills Teamwork skills Autonomy

Experience:

5 to 10 years of experience in logistics and order management
