Job Summary

As a CN Data Management Expert with a focus on Privacy, you will have the opportunity to work within the Data Services group across multiple areas such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Privacy & Data Masking. Job responsibilities for the Data Management Expert in this position will be focused on Privacy. This may include, but is not limited to the following:

\xc2\xb7 Analyze data with data profiling and visualization tools to identify PI Information.

\xc2\xb7 Build on, Refine and Implement the Data Privacy Framework across the enterprise and manage a privacy incident management solution.

\xc2\xb7 Design and build data classification methodology for the data, as well as dashboards and metrics to monitor.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and able to interpret and explain privacy requirements in US and Canada

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with business and technology partners to define, develop and document detailed business, data and governance requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Participate as a member of agile team focused on developing new capabilities, including daily scrums and sprint planning.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with project managers, data developers, product owners, data SMEs, integration managers and other stakeholders to deliver an end-to-end capability from concept to production-deployment.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Completed a relevant technology program such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, Mathematics or Data Analytics or comparable experience for 7 years.

\xc2\xb7 Current Canadian or US Privacy certification.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to deliver message and ideas effectively to diverse audiences such as business, development, quality engineers and management stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Bilingual in English and French is an added benefit.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with existing and Interest in learning emerging technology in the privacy landscape.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge and experience with privacy enhancing best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in developing and deploying privacy training and awareness campaigns across organizations.

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal capabilities to effectively liaise with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to senior executives within the organization. Adeptness in understanding, managing, and aligning stakeholder expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Strong technical and business writing capabilities.
