Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician (or Contract Partner) to service, repair, and maintain eco-solvent and UV large-format printers, UV flatbed machines, Plotters and DTF printers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving complex technical issues, and delivering outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and calibrate large-format eco-solvent and UV printers (Roland, Mimaki, DTF systems) Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on DTF printers and UV flatbeds Provide on-site service calls across Ontario, as well as remote/virtual support when needed Work with customers to troubleshoot software, RIP issues, print head problems, media handling, and ink systems Collaborate with our internal team to order parts, manage service logs, and maintain customer satisfaction Uphold our brand's reputation with professional customer service, appearance, and communication

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience servicing large-format eco-solvent or UV printers (preferred brands: Roland, Mimaki, etc.) Deep technical understanding of print heads, UV systems, bulk ink systems, and DTF workflows Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage field service relationships A valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites are considered an asset. Excellent communication skills, both with customers and team members Ability to work independently or as part of a service team; contractors with their own tools/vehicle are welcome
