Exquisite Renovations & Design Inc. is an energetic company that renovates Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements and Additions.

Exquisite R&D Inc. has an immediate opening and is looking to expand with the right individual/s who are hard working and will exemplify core values starting with loyalty and commitment. This individual/s must be able to work in a fast paced environment and good physical health is required.

Adheres to all safety guidelines while on the job site. Must be able to read plans and blueprints in order to meet specifications of the client. Site set up and clean up at the end of the day.

Though mostly interior work you must also be prepared to work in different types of weather when called upon

Construction Skills are an absolute must with great communication and interpersonal skills, Strong math and analytical skills. A great problem solver.

Previous working experience in the construction/home renovation field min. 5-10 years

Should be familiar with OBC and be able to perform on site tasks such as framing, drywall, flooring, painting and general site duties. Strong building knowledge along with reading skills is an asset

Respectful and courteous to coworkers, trades and homeowners a must

Candidate must have own transportation preferably as sites are throughout Mississauga and surrounding areas.

Clean appearance and punctuality is an absolute must. Be able to work with minimal supervision at times and lead by example as an active team member. Attention to detail and meticulousness are prerequisites in every aspect.
