Job Description
Diesel Tech Services is hiring for a service writer in a heavy duty mechanic environment.
Responsibilities include:
customer service - communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, approving repairs, etc.
assigning techs to jobs - communicating with techs on work orders, repairs etc.
documenting repairs, invoicing customers -open, amend and close work orders
warranty claims
repair estimates
organizational skills
mechanical knowledge a huge asset
valid class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract work every other weekend - week 1 mon-friday, week 2 mon-sat.experience in service writing a MUST
