We're Hiring: Head Seamstress & Pattern Maker - Bridal & Evening Wear

Ana Koi Bridal is currently seeking a highly experienced Head Seamstress and Pattern Maker to lead our production team in the creation of exceptional bridal and evening gowns. This is a senior-level position ideal for someone with a deep passion for fashion, meticulous attention to detail, and strong leadership capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience working with high-end bridal or evening wear. Expert-level skills in sewing, finishing techniques, and handwork. Proven experience in pattern making, draping, and fabric manipulation. Ability to interpret and execute complex designs with precision. Strong understanding of fit, proportion, and garment construction. Comfortable working with various types of luxurious fabrics including lace, tulle, organza, and silk. Leadership experience or readiness to lead a small team. Excellent time management and ability to meet production deadlines.
Responsibilities:

Create, modify, and finalize patterns for custom and collection pieces. Oversee and participate in the production of samples and custom gowns. Provide quality control and mentorship to other seamstresses. Collaborate closely with the designer, production team, and fittings team. Ensure consistency and excellence in craftsmanship from start to finish.
