Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling patterns used in the production of various products. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting. The Pattern Maker will play a crucial role in ensuring that patterns meet specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble patterns according to design specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to create precise patterns. Perform machining tasks to ensure accuracy and quality of the final product. Conduct inspections of completed patterns for adherence to specifications. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize pattern designs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse. Operate forklifts safely to transport materials as needed. Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the pattern-making process.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pattern Maker or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
