We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and construction, with expertise in woodworking, machining, and assembly. As a Pattern Maker, you will be responsible for creating precise patterns used in the production of various components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

Design and construct patterns for various applications using woodworking and machining techniques. Operate CNC machines, power tools, and hand tools to create accurate patterns. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to understand specifications and requirements for pattern creation. Perform assembly tasks as needed, ensuring all components fit together correctly. Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances of patterns. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as required within the warehouse environment. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the pattern-making process to ensure efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in manufacturing or construction environments is essential. Proficiency in woodworking, machining, and assembly techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use various hand tools and power tools effectively. Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
