Join Our Team: Experienced Call Booker
We're looking for a confident and organized
Outgoing Call Booker
to help coordinate free in-home water test appointments from Home Depot and other lead sources. You'll be the vital connection between our sales teams and happy customers - scheduling visits, confirming appointments, and supporting daily operations.What We're Looking For:
Excellent phone voice and communication skills
Reliable and organized Comfortable with technology (CRM, Google Sheets, data entry, etc.) Positive, professional, and able to multitaskPrior call booking experience
Ambitious individuals looking to grow within a thriving companyWhat You'll Do:
Call and schedule appointments for customers requesting free water tests Confirm upcoming appointments Assign and dispatch appointments to field representatives Support general office operations as needed
