Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in working to complete a specific project to a high quality standard. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and have a minimum of three years experience. This role involves working with metal components to create high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. A welding test will be administered prior to hiring. Hourly rate $30+ dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on steel parts, ensuring strong and precise welds. Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Work quickly and safely to meet production deadlines. Participate in quality control checks to ensure all products meet industry standards.

Experience

Proven experience in MIG welding; additional skills in TIG welding are a plus. Familiarity with rigging practices and crane operation is preferred. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and basic math for measurements. Experience with forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory. Previous work experience in manufacturing or construction environments is desirable. Trade recognized qualifications advantageous but not essential.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
