We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring a high standard of food quality and safety. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils
Assist in meal preparation during busy hours to meet customer demand
Follow portion control guidelines to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Adhere to all health and safety policies, including proper food handling procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of serving, meal preparation, and food handling practices
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed
