Catering Line Cook Contract

September 10th to 14th, 2025 - Full availability require (Day/Night)

Job Summary

:

The Line Cook (Catering Contract) is responsible for preparing and cooking food items for catered events, ensuring high-quality dishes are produced efficiently and safely. This position requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards for catered events. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen environment. Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service. Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency. Assist with setup and breakdown of catering stations. Communicate effectively with team members and event organizers.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Previous kitchen experience required
-Food Safe Level 1 Certification require
