St. James Gate West Hills is a vibrant, year-round restaurant located at the beautiful West Hills Golf Course. Known for our cozy atmosphere and diverse menu, we serve everything from elevated pub classics like burgers and fries to signature dishes such as seafood risotto. Whether guests are relaxing after a round of golf or joining us for a special night out, we're committed to delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences.
We're a very busy, high-pace establishment that thrives during all seasons. In addition to daily dining service, we host a wide range of events--including weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations--which keeps our work both exciting and dynamic.
Our small but mighty team consists of roughly 10-15 back-of-house employees and 10-15 front-of-house staff, depending on the season. We take pride in maintaining a supportive, team-focused environment where everyone works hard, communicates openly, and has fun doing it. ! We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Line Cooks who are passionate about their craft and ready to bring big flavor and great vibes to our kitchen.
What You'll Do:
Prepare our menu items to the highest standard
Work collaboratively with an awesome, supportive kitchen team
Partner with our Front of House crew to deliver an unforgettable guest experience
Ensure dishes leave the kitchen perfectly cooked, beautifully plated, and on time
Follow all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations
Keep your station and kitchen areas clean, organized, stocked and ready for action
Follow all policies and procedures to keep our kitchen running smoothly
