We are seeking a dedicated and experienced G2 GAS LICENSED (TSSA certified) HVAC Lead Hand to oversee daily operations and provide guidance to team members in a dynamic work environment. The Lead Hand will play a crucial role in ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of quality. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules. Train new employees on operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity and morale. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, employee performance, and inventory levels. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices within the team.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members. Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance processes relevant to the industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and management. Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on operational goals.

Pay: $26.00-$43.00 per hour
