Lead Hand - Skilled Plumbing Technician

We're seeking an experienced Lead Hand Plumbing Technician to supervise crews, deliver top-quality workmanship, and keep projects on track. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee installations, mentor apprentices, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise plumbing crews on residential, commercial, and industrial projects

Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality workmanship

Perform hands-on plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance

Mentor and train apprentices and junior technicians

Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide solutions

Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures

Coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and other trades to maintain schedules

Inspect completed work to guarantee accuracy and quality

Maintain records, reports, and time logs

Represent the company professionally with customers and on job sites

What You Bring:

Licensed Journeyman Plumber

5-10 years' plumbing experience, with leadership or supervisory background

Strong technical skills in installation, diagnostics, and repair

Proven ability to manage crews and delegate effectively

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to work in varying environments and perform physically demanding tasks

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
