experienced, professional Licensed Plumbers

who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career with a company that values craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Perform hands-on plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance

Mentor and train apprentices and junior technicians

Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide solutions

Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures

Coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and other trades to maintain schedules

Inspect completed work to guarantee accuracy and quality

Maintain records, reports, and time logs

Represent the company professionally with customers and on job sites

other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

Licensed Journeyman Plumber

5 years plumbing experience, with leadership background an asset

Strong technical skills in installation, diagnostics, and repair

Proven ability to manage jobs, junior techs and delegate effectively

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to work in varying environments and perform physically demanding tasks
