Experienced Landscape / Interlock / Pool Foreman
Job Description
We are a family-owned construction & landscape company operating since 2007, specializing in interlock, landscaping, pool construction, fencing, and large-scale residential & commercial projects across the GTA.
We are hiring experienced Foremen only.
This is NOT an entry-level role.
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Minimum 5 years experience as a foreman or crew lead
Proven ability to run crews independently
Experience in interlock, landscaping, pools, or fencing
Ability to read layouts and manage job sequencing
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Steel-toe boots & PPE
Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage crews daily
Oversee interlock, landscaping, pool, and/or fence projects
Ensure work is completed to spec, on schedule
Operate equipment where qualified
Maintain clean, safe, professional job sites
HOURS & PAY (IMPORTANT)
40-60 hours per week (non-negotiable)
Monday to Friday
No overtime premiums
Pay: $25-$35/hour, determined after an initial working period based on:
speed, precision, leadership, and ability to run a smooth job site.
