Job Description
We are seeking experienced Landscape
Construction Installers / Foreman
to lead and manage Landscape construction projects in the greater Vancouver area.This role is responsible for crew supervision, coordinating daily job site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining project schedule and safety standards.
Our idea candidate is a hands on leader with strong technical landscape construction skills and the ability to motivate a small team.
Responsibilities include
- Lead and supervise a construction crew on residential landscape installations
- Plan, assign, and oversee daily work activities to meet project schedules
- Read and interpret plans and blueprints
- Install and oversee landscape installations including patios, retaining walls, excavation and planting.
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed.
- Enforce job site safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
