Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with a focus on landscape maintenance. This role requires exceptional leadership and supervisory abilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning through execution. Supervise project teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate irrigation systems installation and maintenance as part of landscape projects. Oversee planting activities to enhance project aesthetics. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise. Communicate effectively with management Must have an understanding of heavy equipment such as: Skid-steers, Loaders, Excavators, Trailering Equipment, Plow Trucks that are on site and an understanding of how it operates

Experience

Proven experience in construction management with a strong emphasis on landscape maintenance. Background in horticulture or gardening is highly desirable. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively. Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate and guide team members. Familiarity with irrigation systems design and installation is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
