Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape construction and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in landscape construction, outdoor construction, concrete installation, pool installs and horticulture. This role requires the ability to supervise crews effectively while ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Duties

Oversee daily operations of landscape construction projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and client specifications. Supervise and train team members in landscaping construction techniques, including grading, levelling. laying, softscape install, pool systems etc. Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety compliance and quality control. Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are in good working condition. Assist in the planning and execution of landscape designs, including planting, mulching, and hardscaping tasks. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape construction with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. Previous supervisory experience is preferred; demonstrated leadership skills are essential. Knowledge of landscape construction and general construction methods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. A valid driver's license is required; ability to operate landscape maintenance equipment is a plus. Base Pay: $22.14-$39.72 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
