About the role

We are looking to hire a landscape Foreman who will be supervising and performing general landscaping tasks including planting, placing sod, operating equipment, hardscaping & irrigation. You will be responsible for the overall success of landscaping projects and maintaining high quality standards and safety.

Hourly Pay Range: $38.00-43.00/per hour.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Following safety procedures. Maintain installation efficiency by managing team workflow and providing on-site support.

What you'll be doing

Performing general landscaping duties: planting, placing sod, hardscape, grading yards, ordering materials. Coordinating with irrigation installers to ensure proper scheduling and installation. Installation of various hardscape features (i.e. pavers, block walls). Supervising landscape crew and ensuring tasks are completed according to specifications. Project Planning to determine work schedules, resource requirements and establish project timelines. Operating equipment such as skid steer, mini excavator, grading, and trimmers. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What we're looking for

2-5 years of landscaping or relevant experience. 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience with hardscape & irrigation installation required. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs.
