We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen operations by assisting in meal preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Your contributions will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and menu specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices.
Follow food safety protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation are upheld.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
Assist with serving food and beverages to guests as needed.
Answer phone calls and take POS orders.
Support the kitchen team in various tasks as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation methods is essential.
Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations is a must.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
