Job Summary

Heavy Haul Experience should include loading / unloading and hauling of large construction equipment i.e. Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, etc.
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various types of freight, including over weight and over dimensional loads.

Duties

Operate tandem and tri-drive tractors to load and transport gravel crushing equipment. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation. Utilize forklift equipment when necessary for loading and unloading tasks. Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle readiness.

Requirements

Valid Class 1A (CDL). Experience with RGN low-bed loading and hauling of heavy equipment. Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus. Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety protocols. Ability to perform basic automotive repairs is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to pass background checks and pre site access fit for duty test - including testing for marijuana . Very physically fit.

Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour
