Prestige Beach House in Kelowna, BC is looking for a part-time, experienced Front Desk Agent (also known as a Guest Services Agent).

Duties & Responsibilities
Provides courteous and professional guest services Utilizes instinctive upselling techniques and negotiate rates to maximize revenue and occupancy levels Maintains order and cleanliness at the front desk Handles guest accounts Assists guests on arrival, departure and during their stay Operates the telephone console Processes reservation and cancellation requests Performs other duties as directed by the General Manager
What does an ideal candidate look like?
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have previous front desk experience
Must be willing to get Basic First Aid Must be able to work evenings Must have weekend availabilityMust be legally entitled to work in Canada
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
